Oh and did we mention all of his vineyards are biodynamically farmed? Yea, we thought you'd like that. Deliciously crisp and bright, this medium bodied white is pale straw in color. The bouquet bursts with fresh citrus and floral notes. On the palate, grapefruit, white currants, and grassiness dominate while subtle minerality provides great structure. We can't get enough!
