Tasting Notes: The brilliant ruby red hue gives way to well defined raspberry and floral aromas of wild violets and spices. Smooth on the palate with plum and anise layers, followed by flavors of raspberry jam and black cherries. The finish is balanced and elegant with silky long tannins mellowed by brief oak aging.

Wine Description: Made from 100% Malbec harvested from vineyards in the northwest Mendoza Valley through March and April. The wine is fermented in stainless steel and then aged in both stainless steel and oak for 3 months, with an additional one to three months in bottle before release.
