This wine is medium bodied. Its tannins have softened. The wine is delicate, with a soft bouquet of cherries, rose petal and violets. The wine is very elegant and the flavors are subtle. It is a pretty wine, not a blockbuster but lovely. So many wines from Bordeaux are too tannic to drink in the first ten years. This wine is ready now.
Cheese Pairings: Saint Nectaire, Gouda, Edam Food Pairings: Mushroom dishes, Beef, Salmon
