Flavor Profile: Nose of smoky, earthy, winey dried cherries.Aromas and flavors evolve over a few minutes. Not a lot of initial, upfront fruit, but building in weight: cherry, earth, minerality, peppery finish. A fair amount of tannin coats the mouth.
